The potential of NES Rom Maker once a downloadable version is ready is the hope that it will create community. Give the user the ability to take his or her favorite video game characters and put them in their vision of a perfect game and/or be original.

NES Rom Maker could be a stepping stone to unleashing your creativity.

I would like to see NES Rom Maker have the ability to bring other gamers together, plus the younger generation who are starting out with PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii to know what old school gaming was like before technology was advanced enough for the current generation of consoles where even possible.
